Join experienced ceramicist and educator Pie Bolton in a workshop where you will hand build a set of functional objects for your home – a plate, a bowl and a cup.
Pie will guide you through three hand building techniques – pinch, coil and slab. You will use decorating techniques such as sgrafitto, impressing and embossing to enhance your work. Pie will then carefully dry, glaze and fire your work for later collection.
She is very happy to chat about all things ceramic and pottery and answer all your clay questions.
