"Strata Exhibition" reflects the complex multilayers of the Quarantine Station and how we fit into that picture.

Strata is a curated exhibition of 20 artists located at the Quarantine Station, Point Nepean, during the Drift festival.
The artworks in the exhibition have been selected due to their relationship to the Quarantine station – these pieces either talk to the natural environment, the built environment or are delving into the social implications of migration.
There are some artists studying micro organisms, celebrating our abundant nature along the peninsula or exploring climate change issues. Other artists are exploring the impact we have on the environments we move into, as well as exploring the personal reasons and trials that migrants are often faced with.
